Standard Delivery
Orders up to £100* - £4.95
Orders over £100.01* - FREE
*Goods, wherever possible and subject to availability, will be dispatched within 24hrs (excluding weekend orders) Please allow 2-3 workings days for delivery. Please take Bank holidays and postal strikes into consideration when ordering as these will take longer.For For some remote postcodes please allow up to 7 days.
Click & Collect
Orders are available for collection in our Leighton Buzzard store 24hrs after order confirmation.
Opening hours
Tuesday - Friday: 09:30 - 17:30
Saturday: 09:30 - 16:00.
We are closed Sunday - Monday.
Occasionally the shop may be closed or close early. Please call ahead to check before travelling 01525 643 387.
Restricted Products
Photo ID and order confirmation will be required to release the order.
Restricted products can be collected on production of relevant current certification.
To Local RFD - £30
We can only ship restricted products to your local Registered Firearms Dealer for collection. The appropriate shipping rate must be paid before shipment can be arranged. There maybe a fee requested by and payable to the local RFD where the onus will lie with the customer collecting. Ensure your contact details are correct to allow us to make the necessary arrangements and make contact with you before shipping.
International Shipping
For international orders please email your request to … to receive a shipping quote. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
You should note that customs policies vary from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information if you are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities.
Packages may be opened and inspected by custom authorities and re-sealed.
Exchanges & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to exchange it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused/unworn items. These items must be in the original product packaging with the original product labels attached and fit for re-sale, and returned within 28 days of purchase.
Please follow these steps: -
- Package up the items you wish to return.
- Enclose a copy of your original invoice, clearly showing order number.
- Complete our Return Form stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Out of stock items will be refunded only.

Please Note: All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method.
Exchanged orders will incur an additional postage price.
Sale or Reduced Items
Please advise us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return an item.
All returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that the items you have purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Please contact us by email explaining the issue and if possible, enclosing photographs of the fault and a copy of proof of purchase or details or your order number. Without this information, we cannot progress your claim. You will be advised of the next course of action and if applicable, how any items can be returned to us. If you chose to return any item using your own method of postage, please be aware that we cannot refund any postage charges incurred by you.
